Purchased this refurb unit and could not be more happy! It is doing the job I need it to do and is very sturdy. We are using this to load Gaylord boxes filled with laptops onto a rail gate lift equipped box truck. The battery lasts quite some time and the pallet jack is quite capable of decent inclines with a load of 1200-1500lbs. Once you get accustomed to the safety limitations, operation is very smooth.

For the money this is a great table lift. Saved my butt by lifting an 800lb electric motor to the right height.
This is the second one of these that I have purchased. A lot of local people are selling these for much more money. I was reluctant to get one from Amazon, but I gave it a try because of the cheaper price. It was absolutely worth it. I can’t say enough good things about this unit. It is a time saver in a lifesaver. I would highly recommend it.

I used this to roll a fridge in my home. It is lightweight so you can carry it unlike the other one which is very heavy. This is great for residential and light commercial use.

Great little pallet stacker. Only thing I wish I would have paid attention to when i set it up was how wide I set the outrigger feet. But it does really well and once charged it holds a charge for a while.

Simple and easy to use
The packaging came a little beat up but it’s 83lbs, comes in one piece and it’s a pallet jack so that was to be expected. This pallet jack is the way to go if you need to move items that aren’t wide enough for a standard size pallet jack. It’s perfect for moving vending machines. The compact size, ease of use and build quality is awesome. Would absolutely recommend.

The pallet jack works great! It is high quality. I didn't realize how much it made my work easier until I had to use a regular jack. There is no going back for me.I had an amazing customer support experience. I received the jack but the handle was damaged during shipping. Customer support replaced the handle immediately.They also sent me a video how to assemble the pallet jack and answered all my questions.When the new handle arrived, I made a mistake while disassembling the jack to replace the handle. It was my fault. Still the support team got on a video call with me to see the issue. They offered to fix my mistake if I ship the jack to them. They also offered to send instructions for how to fix things myself.I ended up doing the fix and all is working smoothly now. Amazing customer experience. I would highly recommend.
I never been more pleased with the pick up service that was provided to me. I mean they told me all the spec on my new electric pallet jack and they help set it up for me and told me how to use it and all. This item was a good solution in my case, the elevator in my building does not work, after a few months of using the hand truck , I think I made the right decision on buying it. I was pulling 120 to 180 pounds on a regular hand truck going upstairs one floor up it was a brutal, but now everything is easier, I will recommend get the insurance just in case, and train pulling up heavy objects and small objects before you use it , it can be dangerous, make sure you trained well with low speed and fast speed, I have chosen middle speed when I use heavy load. PLEASE TRAIN WELL BEFORE USING IT. other then that this a good purchase.
