This item was a good solution in my case, the elevator in my building does not work, after a few months of using the hand truck , I think I made the right decision on buying it. I was pulling 120 to 180 pounds on a regular hand truck going upstairs one floor up it was a brutal, but now everything is easier, I will recommend get the insurance just in case, and train pulling up heavy objects and small objects before you use it , it can be dangerous, make sure you trained well with low speed and fast speed, I have chosen middle speed when I use heavy load. PLEASE TRAIN WELL BEFORE USING IT. other then that this a good purchase.

After replacing a bad component (company shipped the replacement directly to me). The Stair Climber and lift works GREAT!
Came out of the box dented. Works fine, absolutely will leave a mark on wooden stairs. Had to give a customer a discount after the hard plastic lifting wheels marred new stairs.
Definitely works.. battery life extremely long satisfied
