Solid little stacker. Feels sturdy and safe to use, and it really speeds up our warehouse work. For the price, it’s honestly a great deal.

Really solid build. Feels safe and stable when lifting full loads. My team picked it up quickly and it cut down out pallet moving time a lot!

Runs really quiet and feels smooth to use. The controls are pretty straightforward, and the electric lift honestly saves a lot of effort compared to our old manual jack.

I was considering a used Toyota walkie stacker but took a chance on this one. Zero regrets — lifts steady, no wobble, and customer support helped me with setup quickly.

We run a small automotive parts warehouse and didn’t have space or budget for a full forklift. This electric stacker has been a game-changer. We unload pallets from vans and stack them 2 levels high with no problem. Battery easily lasts a full day — we just charge it overnight. Much easier for new employees to learn compared to a forklift.

We've been using the Tory Carrier electric pallet jack in our warehouse for over a week now. It’s been a real game-changer for moving pallets quickly and safely.

Handle was a little scuffed up but everything seems to be functioning appropriately.

It has been an ease moving pallets on my box truck. I no longer have to struggle moving pallets around once they are loaded onto my truck. A must have if you must move pallets.

The first thing I wanna say is one of the reviews said they were not happy with the battery life, I have used my lift for an entire week and my battery is still in the green. Number two I drive a liftgate trailer and Straight Truck for a worldwide major freight carrier, picture number one is a 425 pound pallet that I drove over Grass with my lift to help a customer out. Picture number two is a 1300 pound grill set that I delivered all the way down that driveway from the street meaning I took the items out of my truck to the ground and brought them down to where the customer Had an easy time to get it into his yard. I'm very impressed overall with this lift I believe if I'm not mistaken, three of the businesses I delivered to are ordering these exact electric pallet jacks. I bought the extra battery and the warranty just to keep myself safe out there. My customers as well as myself love this Jack. In my opinion, I got a serious bang for my buck. I also use this jack Thurs. 7/10/25 I made a homemade raincoat and I used it in the torrential downpours through Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet in Cape Cod. Thank you Tory Lifts!!!! is very maneuverable even in the Straight Truck, which is much narrower than our trailer trucks. I've gone over seashell driveways, gravel, driveways, and grass with this lift. It is a 100% solid purchase in my opinion.

This is by far the most cost-effective forklift we’ve purchased. We’ve been using it every day since it arrived, and it’s very easy to operate and moves smoothly. The battery lasts through two full shifts, and a fast charge takes only about three hours. The turning radius is smaller than our old unit, which is a big plus for our tight warehouse space.

Good communication on shipping. Works well, our second one.

This piece of equipment has exceptional ability for its price point. I looked at several units from different manufacturers before deciding to go with the T-3049. For units with similar capabilities and specifications many vendors were charging nearly twice the price. I have only used this unit for a few days, but it works great, has some extra safety features (Panel covering the chain on the mast, beeping sound while in reverse) that are a plus. So far, I would highly recommend this unit and company.
Just ask them not to ship with AAA Cooper transportation.

Hopefully this can be linked to my poor review when I thought I did not receive the product but somebody else in my company received it and I just wasn't told for 48 hours. 5 stars

it showed up full charged and has been working great so far after a week. it did arrive with a big scratch damage during freight shipping but they offered a small discount to offset this. happy with the level of communication I recieved

Purchased this refurb unit and could not be more happy! It is doing the job I need it to do and is very sturdy. We are using this to load Gaylord boxes filled with laptops onto a rail gate lift equipped box truck. The battery lasts quite some time and the pallet jack is quite capable of decent inclines with a load of 1200-1500lbs. Once you get accustomed to the safety limitations, operation is very smooth.

The pallet jack works great! It is high quality. I didn't realize how much it made my work easier until I had to use a regular jack. There is no going back for me.I had an amazing customer support experience. I received the jack but the handle was damaged during shipping. Customer support replaced the handle immediately.They also sent me a video how to assemble the pallet jack and answered all my questions.When the new handle arrived, I made a mistake while disassembling the jack to replace the handle. It was my fault. Still the support team got on a video call with me to see the issue. They offered to fix my mistake if I ship the jack to them. They also offered to send instructions for how to fix things myself.I ended up doing the fix and all is working smoothly now. Amazing customer experience. I would highly recommend.

I have used it for two weeks and it works well. It arrived slightly damaged but does not affect the performance. Just disappointed a about new equipment being damaged

This pallet jack is easy to use and does everything we need for large movements.

Wow!! I'm a P&D driver and this makes life a lot more easier. I just went up a steep driveway right after it had rained and put a 1200lb pallet of tile in a garage. The customer service is very very helpful!! I had a tremendous experience with an employee named Gekko a tory Carrier employee. I had some questions and the customer service I received was excellent. I have a couple other drivers who are now going to make the purchase for themselves. Well worth the money.
