Lead time

With receipt of payment, products normally will be delivered out within 48hours except the holidays and the timeless of transportation to your door depends on the origination of the shipment and distance to the destination. Delays are always possible and all processing and delivery figures are estimates.

Shipping modes

We deliver the goods from multiple warehouses and using different freight carriers depending on customer’s location.

The standard shipping cost is based on delivery to a freight terminal or to a commercial business address with self-unload type.

The standard shipping cost is excluded the additional services, such as Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery Service, or Phone Call Service, please specify at the time of ordering.

For remote or difficult to reach addresses it is possible that additional shipping charges can apply. Including but not limited to Alaska Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

For delivery to Canada and Mexico country, involving with customs clearance policies and procedures, pls contact with our sales before purchase.

Shipping Damage

All products will be inspected and packed carefully for delivery, but in case of any damage probability during transportation, please kindly check all the packages are in good condition before you sign for receipt, if there is obvious damage to the unit, you should refuse to sign for the goods and reject it, meanwhile please contact the sales team to re-schedule.

Shipment change and cancellation

Any order change and modification may cause extra fees, please contact us in advance. We do not accept modification after order is deliver out.

Customers can cancel an order prior to the order being shipped. After the order has shipped, extra charge may be occurred for recall the shipment. Even if a tracking number is not uploaded it is still possible the product has been shipped since there may have been a delay in communication. Please check with us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

If the customer does not notate damage or missing products when signing, we are not able to file a claim or provide a return/refund.
