The shipment and arrival of our electric straddle stacker was far from ideal. Inclement weather pushed the delivery date back, and there was an issue with part of the steering rod being broken upon arrival.
After reaching out to customer support we were paired with Gekko. Gekko sent us our replacement parts promptly and provided the necessary instructional materials to accurately switch out the parts. Our straddle stacker is now working great.

This thing is a game changer. I work in LTL freight and would recommend this to anyone in that position. No more struggling with heavy pallets. I have lifted, I moved (with ease) pallets weighing over 3000 pounds. I do you recommend removing the two balance wheels as they seem to get caught on everything. But besides that, I love this sing to pieces..

We run these in our distribution center 8 hours a day. For the price, you can't beat it. The entry wheels make getting into closed-bottom pallets easy. My only gripe is that the poly wheels are a bit loud on our older, cracked concrete floor, but on the smooth sections, it glides like butter.
