Product details
The TORY CARRIER Semi-Electric Straddle Stacker combines powered lifting with manual travel for pallet stacking and load-positioning applications. With a 3,300 lb rated capacity, maximum lift height of 98 in, and adjustable forks, it provides a practical solution for warehouses, workshops, stockrooms, and production areas.
The straddle-leg configuration allows the support legs to position around compatible pallets, including certain closed-bottom pallet designs. A 1.5kW lift motor provides powered raising and lowering, while the operator manually pushes or pulls the stacker between work areas.
Key Features
- 3,300 lb Rated Capacity: Supports compatible palletized loads for occasional lifting, stacking, and positioning.
- 98 in Maximum Lift Height: Provides vertical reach for elevated pallet storage and load positioning.
- Powered Lift, Manual Travel: Electric lifting reduces manual pumping, while horizontal movement remains operator-powered.
- 1.5kW Lift Motor: Provides powered raising and lowering for routine stacking applications.
- Adjustable Forks: Allow the fork spacing to be matched to compatible pallet and load dimensions.
- Straddle-Leg Configuration: Positions the support legs around compatible pallets to reduce interference beneath the load.
- Controlled Lift Operation: The multifunction control allows the operator to manage raising and lowering.
- Hydraulic Safety Valve: Helps limit uncontrolled fork lowering in the event of hydraulic pressure loss.
- Operator Protection: A mesh mast guard, reinforced support legs, and wheel brake support controlled operation.
- 12V / 105Ah Battery: Powers the lifting system and includes a compatible charger.
Recommended Applications
- Low to moderate stacking frequency
- Short horizontal travel distances
- Occasional pallet lifting and positioning
- Warehouse, workshop, and stockroom use
- Compatible open-bottom and closed-bottom pallets
Choosing the Right Stacker
This semi-electric stacker requires the operator to push and pull the equipment manually. It is not intended for long travel routes, high-volume warehouse logistics, or continuous heavy stacking. For frequent travel or higher-throughput operation, consider a full electric stacker with powered travel and powered lifting.
Assembly, Compatibility, and Battery Care: Partial assembly of the forks and straddle-leg components is required upon delivery. Confirm pallet opening, fork spacing, straddle-leg clearance, load center, and rated capacity before use. Operate only on firm, level surfaces. During extended storage, recharge the battery at least once a month.

Have Questions About Our Semi-Electric Stacker?
What makes a straddle semi-electric stacker different from a fixed-leg model?
A straddle semi-electric stacker features adjustable outer legs that allow the unit to handle closed-bottom / U.S. standard pallets, which fixed-leg models cannot accommodate.
It still uses electric lifting + manual travel.
What pallet types is it compatible with?
The straddle design makes it compatible with:
✔ Closed-bottom U.S. stringer pallets
✔ Open-bottom Euro pallets
✔ Custom pallets with varying widths
The adjustable forks and legs provide greater pallet versatility.
Is a semi-electric stacker suitable for high-intensity warehouse operations?
Not recommended. Semi-electric stackers require manual movement, which can become tiring during:
- Long travel distances
- High-frequency stacking
- Heavy workloads
For high-intensity operations, a full electric stacker with powered travel is recommended to reduce operator fatigue and improve efficiency.
How long does the battery last and how should it be maintained?
The lift motor battery typically supports a full work shift under normal use. For best performance:
- Charge after daily use
- Charge once a month if not in operation
- Avoid deep discharge to extend battery life
What environments are ideal for a semi-electric stacker?
Best used in:
✔ Small to medium warehouses
✔ Workshops
✔ Manufacturing lines
✔ Places with narrow aisles & short travel distances
Not suitable for outdoor uneven ground or long-distance logistics operations.
