This is the second one of these that I have purchased. A lot of local people are selling these for much more money. The pallet jack works great! It is high quality. I didn't realize how much it made my work easier until I had to use a regular jack. There is no going back for me.I had an amazing customer support experience. I received the jack but the handle was damaged during shipping. Customer support replaced the handle immediately.They also sent me a video how to assemble the pallet jack and answered all my questions.When the new handle arrived, I made a mistake while disassembling the jack to replace the handle. It was my fault. Still the support team got on a video call with me to see the issue. They offered to fix my mistake if I ship the jack to them. They also offered to send instructions for how to fix things myself.I ended up doing the fix and all is working smoothly now. Amazing customer experience. I would highly recommend.
