- Remote technical support provided to resolve issues.
- If unresolved after two attempts, free returns, refunds, or replacements will be arranged with shipping covered.
1 Month – 1 Year
- Free replacement parts and remote technical support for any quantity issue.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping to the repair center.
- Tory Carrier covers return delivery post-repair (no labor or parts fees).
Beyond 1 Year
- Lifetime free technical support.
- Customers are responsible for replacement parts, labor, and all freight charges if factory repair service is required.
- A detailed quote will be provided before any service is performed.
Battery Maintenance
- Charge the battery at least once a month to prolong lifespan, even when the equipment is not in use.
Warranty Exclusions
- Misuse, neglect, modifications, force majeure, normal wear, or consumables (e.g., wheels) are not covered.
Special Items
- Accessories: 6-month warranty.
- Batteries: 12-month warranty.
- Used Machines: 6-month limited warranty (parts-only, no labor, no returns or refunds).
