At ToryCarrier.com, we offer reliable shipping services across the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Please note that shipping is not free. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, item size, and selected services.


 

Lead Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the origin of the shipment and the destination address. All shipping and delivery estimates are approximate, and unexpected delays may occur.


 

Shipping Methods

We ship products from multiple warehouses using various freight carriers, depending on your location and order specifics.

Standard shipping costs include delivery to a commercial business address or freight terminal with self-unloading capability.

Additional services such as Liftgate ServiceResidential Delivery, or Delivery Appointment Call are not included in standard shipping costs. Please select or request these services during checkout or contact our sales team in advance.

Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations, including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and rural zip codes.

For deliveries to Canada or Mexico, customs clearance procedures apply. Please contact our sales team before placing your order.


 

Shipping Damage

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, shipping damage may still occur. Please follow these steps:

1. Inspect all packages upon delivery before signing the receipt.

2. If you notice visible damagerefuse the delivery and do not sign for the item.

3. Immediately contact our sales team to report the damage and arrange for a replacement or reshipment.

⚠️ If the customer signs for the delivery without noting damage or missing items, we may not be able to file a claim or offer a refund/replacement.


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to an order (such as address changes or delivery service updates) must be requested before the order ships and may incur additional charges.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may result in return freight fees and restocking fees.

Please note: Even if a tracking number has not been uploaded, the item may have already shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to confirm and request cancellation.


 

Consolidated Orders

Whenever possible, we will consolidate multiple items into a single shipment to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
