At Tory Carrier, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Please note that shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected services.
Lead Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, warehouse location, and destination address. All delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as unforeseen delays may occur.
- Our logistics team will monitor and update your shipment status as needed.
Shipping Methods
- We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses using various freight carriers based on your location and order type.
- Standard shipping includes delivery to a freight terminal or a commercial business address with self-unloading capability.
- Additional services such as Liftgate Delivery, Residential Delivery, or Delivery Appointment Call are not included in standard freight rates. These can be selected at checkout or arranged in advance with our team.
- Extra fees may apply for remote, residential, or difficult-to-access locations.
- For pickup orders, a Bill of Lading (BOL) containing pickup time and address will be emailed after confirmation. Please bring a printed copy of the BOL when picking up.
- For Canada or Mexico shipments, customs clearance and cross-border fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact our sales team before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Any address changes, service modifications, or cancellations must be requested before shipment dispatch and may incur additional fees.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellations are subject to return freight fees and restocking fees.
- Even if a tracking number has not been uploaded, the product may already be in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm and request cancellation.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your orders securely. However, shipping damage can occur. Please follow these steps upon delivery:
- Inspect the shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
- If there is visible or severe damage, refuse the shipment and note the issue on the delivery receipt.
- If the damage is minor or packaging-related, accept the shipment but take clear photos and report the issue to our service team within 24 hours at service@torycarrier.com.
- Failure to note damage or missing items upon delivery may void claims for refund or replacement.
Order Consolidation
Whenever possible, we will consolidate multiple items into a single shipment to minimize freight cost and ensure efficient delivery.
