SHIPPING POLICY

ToryCarrier.com ships orders by Less Than Truck freight (LTL freight). The shipping cost in the order (Noted in each listing) is to ship to a freight terminal or to a commercial business address. For remote or difficult to reach addresses, it is possible that additional shipping charges can apply. Please note, residential freight transport is a curbside service. Please note, we ship to the US 48 contiguous states usually. Contact sales@torycarrier.com for any special orders.

Order handling time and transit time: Orders can be expected to ship out in 1-2 business days. LTL freight packages usually arrive around 2-5 days aftert the shipping date, depending on the origination of the shipment and distance to the destination. Please note, delays are always possible. ToryCarrier cannot control shipping delays associated with any delivery service.

Any refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to all shipping costs and a restocking fee* at 15%.

​

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled until they ship. To recall a package that has shipped, both ways of shipping will be charged. Please keep in mind that if a tracking number is not uploaded it is still possible the item has shipped. There may have been a delay in communication with the manufacturer leading to the lack of tracking. Please check with us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

Shipping Damage: All merchandise must be inspected for damage before you accept the item from the freight carrier.  If there is damage to the unit, you should refuse the delivery and note on the driver's copy of the Bill of Loading. If the customer does not notate damage or missing items when signing, we are not able to file a claim or provide a return/refund. Upon ToryCarrier's discretion, if there isn't sufficient evidence indicating damage to a shipment, refunds or replacements will be provided once the item has returned to ToryCarrier.

Missing and incomplete shipments: If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, please email service@torycarrier.com. We will supply any missing parts. Please do not purchase parts locally and ask for reimbursement unless the manufacturer provides approval.

Local Pick Up Service

There are 3 warehouse can provide local pick up service: GA  30518 / CA 92831 / IL60172.

Please contact sales@torycarrier.com to confirm your local pick up warehouse. ToryCarrier team will send you BOL in 1 business day so you can visit the warehouse and pick your order up.
