Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ToryCarrier.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following information carefully to understand our return and refund policy.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging.
Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note that certain types of products(material handling equipments*), are not eligible for return for no reason.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at service@torycarrier.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please note that do not return any order without RA.
Include the RA number, along with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue, in your return package.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 15% restock fee will be charged.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong item received when delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at service@torycarrier.com

 

Repairs
For any product quality problem, such as: Missing parts, Defective, please contact Tory Carrier customer service for technical support. If Tory Carrier determines that is product quality problem, ToryCarrier will send free parts to customers. If the product defective and not able to be repaired, the customer can choose to receive a replacement for free or return the product and be fully refunded within one month.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in 3 business days. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

*Special warranty policy on Material Handling Equipments:
Tory Carrier provide 1 year (12 month) limited manufacturer warranty on matetial handling equipment:
- Within 30 days of the order, Tory Carrier will provide free maintance service for any quality problem.
- Within 30 days of the order to 12 month, Tory Carrier will provide free maintance service for any quality problem, customer will need to bear half of the freight.
- After 12 month, customer will need pay for the maintance fee and the double-way freight, which will be quoted in depends.
