Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to ToryCarrier’s Sites choose to become Customers. Customers of ToryCarrier require ToryCarrier to gather additional personally-identifying information. Since being a Customer is a paid service, ToryCarrier asks Customers to provide the necessary personal and financial information required to process those transactions. ToryCarrier uses a Third-party credit card processor for fulfillment and does not retain or store the member’s financial information.

How ToryCarrier uses collected information
ToryCarrier may collect and use Members personal information to:

personalize user experience;

send periodic emails.
ToryCarrier may use User or Customer email addresses to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User or Customer decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time a User or Customer would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, ToryCarrier includes detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

ToryCarrier may collect (or use third-parties to collect) statistics about the behavior of visitors to its Site. ToryCarrier may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ToryCarrier does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
